Nusa is what every modern attacking team wants — a winger who can take a touch, beat his man, and force defences to choose between collapsing on Haaland or staying wide. On a team built around a generational No. 9, the rest of the attack lives or dies by whether they can isolate full-backs and create the spaces Haaland feeds on, and that is exactly Nusa’s brief.
His 2025-26 Bundesliga season was a step forward from his Brugge years: more shots on target, more touches in the box, a more central role under Marco Rose’s eventual successor at Leipzig. He turns 21 during the tournament. This is his shop-window summer and, with Bobb beside him and Ødegaard behind him, Norway have the wing speed to attack any group-stage opponent.
Strengths
- One-versus-one dribbling
